1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Socks and intimate wear that are opened, worn, or not in their original condition cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Include photos if the product was received damaged or defective.

Our team will guide you on the return process and provide the return address.
Returns must be shipped at your expense unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or message. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed:

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product or size, please return the original item and place a new order separately.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, the standard return process applies.
